Build LLM platforms, ML pipelines, and knowledge graphs against the constraints you don't see in a lab — legacy infrastructure, regulated data, global scale, real users.
Finish what others prototype
Take AI from proof-of-concept to production, across industries and data environments that no single-domain employer can match. That gap between a model that works and a system that runs? We've closed it 11,000 times.
Stay through delivery
Advise C-suite leaders on AI transformation, then stay to help shape and scale the business—your ideas don't disappear once you deliver the strategy.

Most models get built. Hers got deployed.
Meet Nivetha - AI agent developer in Accenture's Health and Public Service industry. In one of her projects, she designed a multi-agent AI solution to close a persistent clinical gap: medication reconciliation completing at just 86%. Integrated into the hospital's patient records system, it now supports 6,000+ clinicians, has identified care gaps for 21,000+ patients, and pushed completion to 99%.
Built for AI to compound, not handed off.
When a large North American utilities client needed AI to move beyond disconnected projects to a system that could deliver at scale, Paolo Abes, a Managing Director in Accenture’s Energy and Utilities practice, built it: a persistent delivery team, a governance framework and an AI Center of Excellence. From invoice reconciliation to satellite-based wildfire risk monitoring, he connected individual use cases into one continuous AI delivery program.
Complex business questions. Answered in seconds.
As a Knowledge Engineering Manager at Accenture, Keni works with C-suite leaders on enterprise data strategy, solution architecture, and building cultures where data drives decisions. In one project, she combined AI with knowledge graphs to connect organizational data, answering complex business questions in seconds. Not a prototype. A capability her clients now run on.
Why Accenture
Depth and breadth
$3B invested in AI and Data. 85,000+ professionals. 11,000+ systems in production across 40+ industries since 2023. This isn't a capability being built. It's one you'd walk into on day one.
Accenture co-authored the AI Adoption Maturity Model with Carnegie Mellon SEI. We also partner with MIT, Berkeley, and the Turing Institute to shape how AI reaches enterprise scale. The frameworks others follow were built here. You'd be building what comes next.
Our AI ecosystem partners span, AWS, Google, Snowflake, Databricks, Anthropic, OpenAI, Palantir, and SAP. OpenAI's Frontier Alliance assigned Accenture the systems-integration role: the deployment work AI labs themselves cannot do inside enterprise environments. You'd be joining the team that answers the call. And makes the models work.
Only 8% of organizations scale AI at enterprise level. The gap is rarely the technology. It's governance, trust, and responsible integration. At Accenture, responsible AI is embedded in how work gets done, from the first advisory conversation to the final deployment. You'd be building AI that holds up.
Coral reefs support 100 million people and produce $36 billion in economic value annually, but they're disappearing fast. Accurately assessing reef health is critical to restoration, but traditional methods aren't keeping up with the scale of the problem.
Marcus Lee Sheng Wei and his team built an AI-powered solution using computer vision to monitor reef health across tens of thousands of underwater images. To date, 71,000 images have been collected and analyzed, giving scientists a clearer, faster picture of what's happening beneath the surface.
