THE WORK:

Join our team as an intern to support Application Maintenance process, assisting in the ongoing support of applications, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting application problems and implementing automations.

  • Help maintain various applications on behalf of our clients, ensuring functionality throughout the migration process.

  • Collaborate with experienced team members to enhance your technical skills in a dynamic environment.

  • Document projects and changes, contributing to effective project management.

  • Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Availability to work from the Łódź office 2–3 days per week.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Familiarity with SQL
  • An understanding of data structures and algorithms 
  • Problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., TypeScript, Python).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in any kind of employment
  • Experience in direct contact with customer
  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes.
  • An active student status or a technical degree, with the ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
