We actively support the LGBT*IQ community. "Bring your authentic self to work“ is our motto and guiding principle! We promote an authentic presence at work – regardless of sexual orientation.

LGBT*IQ employees work together with their colleagues in HR and management to create initiatives that promote a culture of open-mindedness. These include:

  • An international network of LGBT*IQ Allies asserts the equality and rights of LGBT*IQ members
  • Our PRIDE Network includes 1,157 allies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Russia
  • We are a founding member and on the advisory board of PROUT@Work, a foundation by the business community for the promotion of LGBT*IQ diversity in the workplace
  • In 2018, Germany’s Top 100 Out Executives featured three from Accenture (two in 2019)
  • Accenture was awarded the Global LGBT*IQ Network Award 2018 for the Pride-and-Allies network."
