You are:

A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The work:

The SAP Quality Management / Manufacturing Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions within end‑to‑end manufacturing and supply chain landscapes. This role acts as the functional authority for QM and its integration with SAP Manufacturing, ensuring quality processes are embedded across production, inventory, and logistics.

The Lead partners closely with business stakeholders, SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams, and delivery leadership to drive successful SAP S/4HANA and Digital Manufacturing programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end‑to‑end SAP QM solution design and delivery, including configuration, testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare
  • Own SAP QM processes across:
  • Inspection planning and execution (incoming, in‑process, and outgoing)
  • Quality notifications, defects, non‑conformance, and usage decisions
  • Batch management, sampling, AQL, COA, and audit management
  • Drive QM integration with SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain, including:
  • QM–PP (Production Planning)
  • QM–MM (Materials Management)
  • QM–EWM and/or MES where applicable
  • Lead and facilitate client discovery, blueprint, and Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, translating business quality requirements into SAP solutions
  • Provide functional leadership to delivery teams (onshore/offshore), reviewing designs, WRICEF objects, and test cycles (SIT, UAT)
  • Support manufacturing go‑lives, stabilization, and post‑go‑live quality process optimization
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client and internal leadership on SAP QM and manufacturing best practices

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) as a core module
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing execution and quality processes within SAP environments
  • Proven experience leading full lifecycle SAP QM implementations (design → build → test → deploy)
  • Experience integrating QM with SAP PP, MM, and manufacturing execution solutions
  • Ability to lead senior client discussions and influence solution direction
  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
  • Eligibility for Secret Security clearance is required
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points if:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing or SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM/DMC)
  • Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., pharma, chemicals, food & beverage, industrial manufacturing)
  • SAP QM and/or SAP Manufacturing certifications
  • Experience with manufacturing KPIs, reporting, and quality analytics
  • Bilingual (English/French) for Canadian client environments
