You Are:

A Succession Planning and Career Development Planning (CDP) expert with the strategic acumen to lead clients through digital transformation. With your blend of innovative thinking, analytical insight, and people-centric approach, you excel in solving complex talent management challenges. You can navigate detailed project landscapes, design effective succession planning and CDP processes, and motivate your team to achieve excellence.

The Work: 

·        Lead client transformations in Succession and CDP using your domain-specific insights.

·        Guide clients on leveraging SAP SuccessFactors for Succession Planning and CDP

·        Lead the Succession and CDP functional stream end-to-end, from business process walkthrough, requirements gathering all the way to deployment.

·        Lead a small team in the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Succession and CDP solutions.



Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Succession Planning and Career Development Planning processes and technology
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, focusing on Succession and CDP modules.
  • Understanding of business processes related to Succession and CDP solutions.
  • Must be bilingual (French / English)
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

  • Have experience interacting with various organizational levels, including senior HR leadership.
  • Possess deep knowledge of SAP on-premises solutions.
  • Have exposure to other talent management solutions.

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
