You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re comfortable diving into the details of workstreams and identifying the target technical and landscape architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire team members to bring their A-game.

The work:

  • Build SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions that transform clients’ core Human Resources functions 

  • Lead workshops to walk client through business processes and gather requirements

  • Design, configure, and test prototype and production HR solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly 

  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out HR offerings powered by SAP SuccessFactors 

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors 

  • Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client 

  • Pitch in on sales efforts when needed

  • Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise 

  • Travel is required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 40-70% depending on the project phase and/or client requirements.


    Here’s what you need:

    • Minimum 2 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience

    • Minimum 2 year of SAP Canadian Payroll experience including time schema, worksheets etc.

    • Knowledge of S-Notes

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

    • Experience configuring Canadian payroll including time types/ wage types.

    • Bilingual preferred (French/ English)

    • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

    Bonus points if:

    • Membership of the Canadian Payroll Association

    • You’ve got SAP HCM Payroll & Legal Reporting experience

    • You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and tools

    • You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects

    • You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
