What is Build?:

At Accenture Interactive we put the customer first and focus on digital to help brands scale up their marketing, sales, service and commerce growth.

 

The Interactive Build Practice Lead has the following responsibilities:

  • Act as Engagement Lead on Interactive engagements to ensure successful delivery of the projects in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, achievement of required business outcomes and team engagement
  • Work and collaborate across all pillars & represent pillar & capabilities to clients & internally
  • Accountable for pillar productivity & financial targets while facilitating growth pursuits & account coverage
  • Shepherd large pursuits & align other pillar leads on best practices, collateral, assets & talent
  • Understand client’s business needs and assess how to enable a solution to meet their needs
  • Play an important strategic role in the relationship with our alliance partners (Adobe, Salesforce, SAP, etc.) through identification of strategic opportunities, and coordination of marketing activities and campaigns. 
  • Create innovative and differentiated offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand.
  • Help lead and grow the practice team through recruiting, people development and people engagement activities in coordination with the rest of the Canadian leadership team.
  • Work together with Accenture account and industry leads to originate new engagements in the region.
  • Drive continuous improvements within the projects and recommend improvements towards the technology to the client
  • Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
  • This role will be part of the Accenture Canadian Leadership team and will have responsibility of leading upwards of 100 employees across the team. 



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience with a professional consulting organization 
  • 10 years’ experience with technology solutions including Adobe Experience Manager, Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Mobile and Web development and design
  • 5 years’ experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development.
  • Bachelor's Degree 

 

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Ability to play an important strategic role in the relationship management of partnerships, identification of strategic opportunities, and coordination of any implementation to deepen partnership activity. 
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills
  • Strong understanding of different implementation methodologies, and end to end implementation and solution knowledge
  • Articulate and clearly communicate solution scope, timeline, and benefits with client stakeholders
  • Demonstrated collaborative ability to partner with and direct a number of internal and external partners
  • Experience building internal and external relationships and mitigating past difficult personalities or situations.
  • Overall understanding of digital industry and its trends and driving the conversations with clients
  • Know the competition, customer and industry trends, innovation; pinpoint relevant research opportunities.
  • Strong relationships with vendors and prior senior client/customers
