You are:
A transformation expert who knows how to use Oracle to help clients excel in the brave new digital world. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to tackle large, complex projects – in fact, you thrive on challenges like this and have the track record to prove it. But you also bring more to the table. You’re a natural at leading teams, and you have the diplomatic savvy to make the case for new ways of doing things to leaderships and clients. As a senior manager, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you’ve got the leadership skills to handle the pressure.

The work: 
Solve complex business problems for clients by tapping into your deep understanding of their company objectives 
Work with senior managers at clients and at Accenture – and be ready to negotiate and communicate persuasively on key issues
Be a trusted Oracle expert to help your clients map and realize their near- and long-term transformation goals
Lead large teams and/or projects at a client to deliver enterprise-wide Oracle transformation
Find new opportunities at your clients, lead the plan to sell the opportunities, and drive the project delivery
Build the Oracle practice by continuously looking for opportunities for current and future clients to grow their business through Oracle
Keep your expertise on industry trends and Oracle products sharp by publishing articles and guidance to cement your and Accenture’s role as your clients’ trusted advisor
Develop a team of Oracle experts that will help you grow the business
Be ready to rack up those air miles with weekly travel to client sites Monday through Thursday



Qualifications

Here’s what you need:
Minimum 7 years of Oracle Cloud transformation experience in a technical advisory and consulting role
Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with Life Sciences, Retail, CG&S, Industrial clients experience
6+ years Oracle ERP hands-on experience over one or more engagements in Oracle Cloud
Experience with multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
6+ years leading Finance-related business case/strategy efforts to scope and deploy Finance ERP functionality
Minimum 5+ years in sales or business development experience in Oracle technologies
Minimum 5 years of business development (project presales, sales, RFP submission) experience
Bachelor's Degree

Bonus points if:
You know how Oracle’s business development process works and you can help clients understand how Oracle will help their company do more
You’re an expert at leading Sales and Solution delivery 
You thrive on building relationships and gaining the trust of the most senior people in your clients’ organizations
You know everything there is to know about Oracle Cloud processes and can use that expertise to give your client market-leading solutions to meet their needs
