Job Description
 
Customer Insights and Growth professionals help senior executives to plan, execute, and operationalize customer-centric digital strategies. A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:


o Engages with the agenda of the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Digital Officer, and their peers 
o Identifies, measures, assesses and solves for:
o Modern sales operating models and customer architectures (e.g., sales and workforce effectiveness and cloud platforms)
o B2B and B2C customer needs and building omni channel experiences
o Digital/Data driven marketing
o Modern care (e.g., AI driven care and connecting with customers through modern support and collaboration)
o In line with Accenture’s strategic goals and direction:
o Develops Customer, Insights and Growth ‘go to market’ plan for RES Canada
o Originates business development opportunities
o Uses sound judgment to determine solutions and collaborates with others to find the best solution for complex problems. 
o Delivers solutions for clients
o Manages and develops teams and at a client or within Accenture.
o Strong story-telling ability

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA an asset
8+ years working on B2C and B2B digital transformation topics including digital commerce, Marketing, Personalization, Customer Experience and Insights
Industry experience in one of more of Utilities, Energy and Natural Resources 
5+ years of strategy or management consulting experience
Must be located within 90 minutes of Toronto or Calgary, or be willing to relocate to these areas
 
Professional Skill Requirements

Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment 
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
Originating business development opportunities
Excellent communication (written and oral) skills 
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
Knowledge of B2B environments is essential
Knowledge of Utilities, Energy and Natural Resources is an advantage
