Operations Manager
Location: Toronto, 40 King Street

Overview
The Canada Innovation Hub is a go-to destination for our clients to explore the latest innovations that are transforming how organizations compete and grow in todays fast-changing environment. The Canada Hub is a place where clients visit to dream, co-create, collaborate, and learn with our Accenture teams and ecosystem partners. The Operations Manager is responsible for Hub operations, helping the Hub run smoothly by managing intake requests, financials and procurement, and coordination with other Hub locations. Works closely with Hub Director, Engagement Lead and Experience Lead.

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage workshop requests and confirm Hub bookings as appropriate, coordinating with Innovation Hub lead
  • Capture, track, and report on Hub KPIs; builds and communicates status reporting to all relevant stakeholders
  • Onboard new Hub resources
  • Print and setup workshop materials in support of client engagement (e.g. documents, welcome signage, etc.)
  • Manage base building and security protocols and guest check-in process
  • Connect with local technology team for pre/during/post event tech support, ensuring exclusive day-of tech support assignments
  • Coordinate with Experience Lead to book restaurants, catering, hotel, travel, and room setup based on experience design
  • Provide day-of support, ensuring that all details of the event are running smoothly (including technical support and GS services)
Skills & Capabilities: 
  • Strong program management skills
  • Strong, confident communicator (verbal and written)
  • Ability to adhere to and support budgets
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience/service
  • Creative & collaborative mindset with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to think outside boundaries, keeping the client experience at the center of focus
  • Experience with C-level clients and their requirements
  • Adept at managing multiple projects / workstreams simultaneously
Preferred Background: 
  • 5-7 years of experience within operations management and program management 
  • Experience managing multiple projects and budgets simultaneously
