WORK YOU’LL DO
 
The Oracle Service Cloud Specialist will be responsible for providing key business process support for the project.   Primary responsibilities will be focused on delivering requirements, defining the business process, managing workshops, and creating functional designs. The candidate will need to be client-facing and can serve as a subject matter expert for key capabilities such as: channel management, workload distribution, knowledge management, field service management and policy automation.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and document business processes for customer interactions
  • Gather requirements and create both high level and detailed design documents
  • Manage and support conference room pilot (CRP) workshops
  • Support testing activities including: unit testing, system testing/product testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Team lead for onshore and offshore resources
  • Subject Matter Expert to help support sales and proposal work
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
 
Must Have Skills
  • Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Experience (CX)
Experience/Skills Required
  • Minimum 3-5 year’s experience in Sales Force Automation, Contact Centers, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience
  • Minimum 2-3 year’s experience with Oracle Service Cloud
  • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; process oriented.
  • Ability to manage teams and processes globally.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to accurately compile and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Strong attention to details and the ability to multitask.
