Responsible for supporting the delivery of Accenture's security offerings related to information
security, with a focus on data protection programs planning, policies and procedures development, strategy, data classification, data privacy, data encryption, data privacy / risk assessments, and implementation of programs and cloud based data protection solutions.
Security generalist with working knowledge of security and privacy frameworks, compliance (security and privacy) requirements and security and privacy department planning and operations. • Ability to lead managers, consultants, and junior security analysts.
Ability to support project opportunities through solution design, proposal development, and staffing plans Conversant in more advanced project management principles and project quality methods.
Maintain at least one current recognized security professional certification such as CISSP, CIPP, CISM, CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. • Preference for at least one current recognized technical certification such as Symantec CSP in Data Protection, Certified McAfee Security Specialist (CMSS - DLP Focus), Websense Data Security Suite (DSS) Professional, Informatic Certified Specialist or Expert, or RSA Certified Additional responsibilities may include:
Working directly with clients and Accenture teams to design and implement program strategies for data protection and data privacy, data classification, digital rights management, data masking, encryption, cloud based data protection solutions, and industry or regulatory compliance.
Performing requirements analysis and developing strategies and solutions for information and data governance.
Performing data protection and data privacy risk assessments and creating current state assessment, gap analyses, and strategic implementation roadmaps.
Performing risk remediation cost-benefit-analysis for a variety of solutions. Ability to understand client business objectives and create optimized information security organizations to meet business needs while reducing risk to revenue
Ability to conduct tool selection with advanced business and technical requirements.
Ability to show return on investment and business process improvements for investments in data protection and privacy, security programs and technologies.
Ability to develop and integrate security and privacy metrics and reporting programs for key security, privacy, risk, compliance, and service continuity indicators.
Ability to translate technical requirements into business terms for executive stakeholders.
Ability to streamline operations, while maintaining compliance with legal, best-practice, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to align business processes and functional requirements with data protection and privacy programs and Data Protection technology solutions.
