As a SAP-SuccessFactors professional, you will design, implement and deploy SuccessFactors human resources solutions for Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Compensation Management, Succession & Career Development Planning, Recruiting Execution, Learning Management and Workforce Analytics.
  • Design, build, test and deploy HR and talent management processes.
  • Interact with senior management on matters where you may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Manages large - medium-sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
Basic Qualifications
  • Deep skills and knowledge in SuccessFactors
  • Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing certified 
  • Hands on experience with at least 1 full life cycle implementation of the Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing and Onboarding modules
  • Experience with Recruiting integration with HRIS and other modules
  • Ability to drive client requirements, business process and configuration workshops
  • Bachelor Degree is required
