Job Description

You will work with Financial Services clients to enable and transform services to help them benefit from innovation and artificial intelligence-based solutions (such as Robotic Process Automation), defining future-proof service CIOs, CTOs and CDOs can scale up. We are looking for someone with knowledge and curiosity about emerging technologies to help our clients create highly adaptable business capabilities to drive greater operational efficiency, greater customer satisfaction and unprecedented growth.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Help our clients reimagine their business models and processes, develop new business capabilities and create, future growth streams, using AI.
  • Identify breakthrough ideas or concepts that embody the transformative impact of AI & Analytics on our clients’ business.
  • Help design and implement prototypes that demonstrate the art of the possible with emerging analytics, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Pilot new technology capabilities with early adopter clients to show how these capabilities can transform existing businesses and the way people live and work.
  • Bridge the gap between the business and technology functions, articulating the business value of technology.
  • Design and bring innovative technology solutions and new ways of working to clients.

  • 2-4 years of Banking, Capital Markets and/or Insurance industry experience 
  • 4+ years consulting experience 
  • 2-4 years of experience or exposure to Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Cognitive Computing, Artificial Intelligence, statistical modeling, data mining, or unstructured data analytics.
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer science, or a related scientific discipline

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Familiarity with statistical and related tools/languages - R, RevR, SAS, Python or similar.
  • Experience working with large data sets and tools like MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive and equivalent technologies.
  • Knowledge of and passion for technology trends e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Analytics, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration.
  • Insights on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry. 
  • Strong executive presence and credibility at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
