Key Responsibilities
Design and facilitate the development of the claims KPI dashboard metric reports utilizing data extracted from core claims processing platform and databases across EMEA claims organizations.
Once developed, engage and work with the team required to produce the claims KPI dashboard metric reports for distribution on a daily basis with no errors.
Ensure the business requirements are documented and provided to Global Claims Technology in order to be built into our core claims processing platform enabling automated real time reporting capability.
Work with each country in EMEA to ensure access to the information systems and integrate those data feeds into a real time dashboard. This dashboard will provide real time access our Key Performance Indicators to enable the daily management of the EMEA Express and First Notice of Loss Centres of Excellence.
Collaborate with and across local, regional and global IT partners to ensure the core claims processing platform is enhanced to support the required KPI reporting metrics.
Ensure reporting for all regulatory or compliance matters relating to claims.
Serve Global Operations Global Express claims for MIS requirements and for standardization of definitions and with counterpart from other regional Centres of Excellence to ensure consistency.
Serve the clients and employees of the center in accordance with the established standards for work, incl. meet the requirements of all internal instructions, connected to the level and quality of the service. Ensure consistency, accuracy and quality of customer service
Strictly comply the stipulated obligations and terms in accordance with signed service level agreements for servicing other functional units within the company SLA
Perform assigned short term and long term goals
Participate in seminars, workshops and conferences where is considered necessary by the management


Technical Experience
Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting tools e.g., Power Bi, Qlikview, Cognos
Experience in report writing and data analysis
Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Visio, SQL Management Studio, SQL Developer , MS Outlook.
Knowledge of Agile methodology i

Degree qualified, preferably on Information Management, Information Technology, Business Management, Mathematics, and Statistics.
Working experience
Ability to work across IT business units across region and globally in order to progress dashboard development.
Working knowledge on the claim adjustment process with an understanding of the metrics attempting to be apart of the daily dashboards.
Language skills
Excellent English
Recommended proficiency in a second EU language.
PC skills
Excellent in Excel, with ability in Macro VBA MS Office.
Deep understanding and expertise of our claims core database GOALD as well as its interaction with other company systems.
Knowledge of Cognos cube
