Working to accelerate equality for all

With the world at this critical juncture, our commitment to making a positive difference together has never been stronger.

International Women's Day 2022 IWD2022 Accelerating equality for all Let there be change

2022 marks the 18th year Accenture celebrates International Women’s Day – an opportunity for us to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of women around the world and engage in open, honest and meaningful conversations to further advance a culture of equality.

This year, our people around the globe are celebrating our commitments and showcasing the positive actions they’re taking to accelerate equality for all.

Accenture is committed to being a place where women can thrive and hope to work because it’s a place where everyone feels they belong.

Positive male role models on a culture of equality

International Men’s Day celebrates the positive value men bring to the world, their families, and communities. What a great opportunity to talk with six of our colleagues from around the world about how we can create a culture of equality where everyone can advance and thrive.

Join Andrey, Chris, David, Gavin, Kalyan and Matt as they share their insights and personal experiences on everything from positive role models, and culture, to mental health, and the need to avoid toxic masculinity and stereotypes.

How we're getting to 50/50

We have set bold goals to achieve a gender-balanced workforce by 2025. This means a workforce that is equally 50 percent women and 50 percent men for those whose gender is binary.

Working flexibly

Our employees can set their start and finish times or work more hours over fewer days. They can telecommute, and we offer part-time arrangements.

Getting connected

We have hundreds of employee networks around the globe that enable our people to build connections and develop support systems.

Developing every day

100 percent of our people are mentored and participate in mentoring and personal development programs.
