Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct warranty audits in compliance with OEM service standards and guidelines.
- Evaluate and analyze workshop and service processes and systems, ensuring adherence to OEM standards.
- Provide expert insights and recommendations to improve warranty processes and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with OEM dealers and service teams to ensure accurate warranty claims and processes.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on OEM repair technologies and automotive advancements.
- Utilize MS Office applications and other tools to document and report audit findings.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4-5 years of experience as an automotive warranty auditor, mechanic, or automotive engineer (experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of automotive retail, particularly workshop and service processes and systems, ideally within an OEM environment.
- In-depth understanding of automotive technology, especially related to OEM models, and familiarity with OEM repair technology.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and general PC handling.
- Native-level proficiency in French or Dutch and business-level proficiency in English would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- High level of mobility and flexibility to travel as required.
- Strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
