Your Job
As SAP Supply Chain Manager you are key member of our Belux SAP Practice, recently granted the SAP Belux service partner Excellence award. This means you will be part of the SAP management team but as well closely collaborating with the global SAP experts, supply chain consulting group and the digital engineering and manufacturing group.
Within that network you and your team will be challenged to showcase your expertise and innovation at the clients. But you will also be responsible to grow our supply chain domain and broaden the knowledge to remain market relevant.
This means you need to bring content but most of all be able to manage and digest content from the experts in your team on Manufacturing, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Sales, Sourcing & Procurement and Sustainability. And you are also supported by our global Accenture methodology and network when it comes to re-inventing client roadmaps with e.g. RISE deals, BTP extensions, Generative AI and S/4 transformations.
Responsibilities
Business Development
You can leverage your expertise to shape a business roadmap. With your team, you engage with the clients’ business to translate their supply chain (sub)process needs into a comprehensive re-invention journey.
Client Delivery
Clients are at the heart of our story. You will help them by implementing SAP solutions on challenging projects. By methodically engaging with the business, you get a better understanding of their processes and (re)design and improve them. At the different clients you will be monitoring and managing project deliverables: define, analyze and implement business processes, configure SAP and possible integrations, test and guide the deliverables towards the go live. You have developed project management experience that enable you to follow up activities, resources and financials related to your scope and manage risk and issues with your client. With your SAP knowledge and skills in project management, you consult on the implications of a new IT landscape and react by building and maintaining client relationships.
Manage a domain
As a vital member of the domain, you'll be at the forefront of improving supply chain operations within our organization. You drive the team to keep their skills market relevant through knowledge sharing, brownbag sessions and certification or SAP Beta testing. Translate your passion for innovation into supply chain processes, leverage our technology experts to pioneer in your domain.
You also maintain our partnership with SAP on the supply chain domain through regular interactions and participation to the major SAP events.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills and Mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills and a collaborative mindset.
A penchant for managing high-stakes projects and engaging major clients.
Desire to thrive in a dynamic environment with a matrix structure.
Open to travel as part of your project assignment.
Technical Proficiency and Cultural Awareness
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP configurations.
Proficiency in the SAP platform and its ecosystem.
Passion for innovation and keen cultural awareness.
Education and Experience
5-10 years’ experience of IT and business consulting in SAP projects,
Extensive exposure to SAP Delivery in at least 1 supply chain module (MM, SD, PP Manufacturing, QM, PM, (E)WM, TM, IBP) or transversal exposure to sustainability
At least 1 year experience account and project management including client stakeholder interaction
Minimum bachelor’s degree. Additional master’s degree highly preferred.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Experience in a Global Delivery Model.
Proven capability in building relationships with middle and senior management in clients.
