Job Description

We are looking for an HR Rewards enthusiast to support the design & deployment of the compensation & benefits strategy in Belgium and Luxembourg. In the Rewards team we find pride in having a positive impact on talent attraction and employee engagement and retention.

 

Within Rewards, you will belong to our BeLux HR team and to our Global Rewards community. You will work closely with colleagues from BeLux, Europe and all over the world and will liaise with many different disciplines (i.e. tax, legal, accounting, payroll, HR business partners).

 

You will work under the supervision of your team lead on everything that touches the compensation & benefits of our colleagues in Belgium & Luxembourg. This includes:

-        the benchmarking and adaptation of the current benefits package to make sure it remains in line with the legislation, market trends and Accenture’s philosophy;

-        the execution of the performance & salary reviews;

-        the design & deployment of local & global initiatives;

-        the administration of our flexible benefits tool & rewards statements.

Qualifications

Your background

  • You have well-developed analytical skills combined with a very pragmatic and agile mindset and keep your final customer in mind (i.e business leaders and Accenture employees).
  • You have a strong sense of discretion for sensitive/confidential matter
  • You have very good computer literacy (especially MS Excel skills, Microsoft PowerPoint) and can easily adapt to new tools and applications.
  • You communicate effectively and can make complex concepts simple.
  • You have a strong interest in HR and compensation & benefits topics. You have a first experience in “hard” HR or Payroll.
  • Your work and deliverables are accurate and structured. You have a great attention to detail.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch/French
