Our Career Reboot program is a paid experience for professionals returning to the workforce after a career break or people with industry experience wanting to transition to consulting.

Making a change at work can be daunting. Whether that’s returning to work after an extended career break, or wanting to shift your focus to something new, it can sometimes feel overwhelming. 

 

Our Career Reboot program is designed specifically to help people with previous professional experience in various industry roles transition to the world of consulting. In this structured program, you’ll receive a mix of formal training, on-the-job learning, mentoring and professional career coaching to build your skills and confidence.  

 

You’ll increase your knowledge about your role and industry, building an extensive toolkit of skills to accelerate this next chapter of your career. Plus, you’ll be doing work that has an impact and makes a difference.

Program overview

During the duration of our structured program, professional career coaching is available throughout the program. You can also expect the following:

2 Weeks

Consulting-focused job-readiness training

4 Weeks

Client project shadowing opportunities and on the job learning

6 additional weeks

Practice-focused learning sessions and networking opportunities

You’ll be a great fit if you:

 

  • Have at least 2 years of relevant industry experience (key sectors: technology, public service and financial services)
  • Are returning from a career break or are pivoting to consulting
  • Are located in Australia (roles are available in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane)
  • Are an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
