Enterprise Data Architect Lead
Role Overview
The Enterprise Data Architect will lead the design and implementation of our enterprise data architecture, ensuring alignment with Mutual System’s business goals and digital transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities -
- Define and maintain the data architecture roadmap
- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Integrate data flows across legacy, cloud, and ecosystem platforms
- Implement governance frameworks and ensure compliance (GDPR, ISO)
- Collaborate with Tenant, EA, SF, ML, and GenAI teams on ingestion and reporting models
- Mentor delivery teams on scalable data practices and standards
Governance Involvement The role will actively participate in:
- Mutual System Architecture Review Board (ARB)
- Mutual System Technical Review Board (TRB)
- Mutual System and Tenant Data Governance Committee (DGC)
Required Skills -
- Strong enterprise data modelling and data integration expertise
- Familiarity with GDPR, ISO, and enterprise privacy frameworks
- Experience with Azure, Salesforce, Mulesoft, and MS Data Lake
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic communication

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
