As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software performance and functionality, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation related to software development and system enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor and improve software quality through testing and code reviews.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in customizing and extending SAP MDG functionalities to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP MDG environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
