Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the application or system. This role focuses on maintaining seamless operations by attentively addressing client concerns and ensuring the reliability of world-class systems. The practitioner dedicates time to understanding client issues thoroughly and collaborates with various teams to design effective resolutions. The position requires continuous engagement with clients to provide updates and support, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Document and share knowledge gained from client interactions to enhance team expertise.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in troubleshooting processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Video Conferencing Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and their impact on video conferencing performance.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software components related to video communication systems.
- Ability to analyze system logs and diagnostic data to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with configuration and maintenance of video conferencing endpoints and related infrastructure.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Video Conferencing Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
