Summary:
The Teamcenter PLM Lead Architect / Delivery Head will be responsible for defining PLM strategy, leading large-scale Teamcenter implementations, and driving delivery excellence across global programs. The role involves solution architecture, stakeholder management, program governance, and building high-performing PLM delivery teams while ensuring alignment with client digital engineering and product lifecycle strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

PLM Strategy & Architecture
Define enterprise PLM architecture and roadmap aligned with business and digital engineering strategy.
Lead solution architecture for Siemens Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
Design scalable and secure PLM architecture including integrations with CAD, ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
Drive PLM modernization initiatives such as cloud migration, digital thread, and model-based enterprise.
Program & Delivery Leadership: Lead large PLM transformation programs including Teamcenter implementation, migration, and rollout.
Manage global delivery teams, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget.
Establish delivery governance, risk management, and escalation frameworks.
Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery models for complex PLM programs.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Act as trusted advisor to client leadership (CIO, CTO, Engineering Heads) on PLM and digital engineering strategy.
Lead executive-level discussions, architecture reviews, and steering committees.
Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development for large PLM engagements.
Technical Leadership: Provide architecture guidance on: Teamcenter Data Model & Information Architecture, Teamcenter Customization & Configuration, Integration frameworks (REST/SOA, middleware CAD integrations (NX, Creo, SolidWorks, etc.)
PLM data migration and legacy system consolidation
Ensure best practices in PLM governance, security, and performance optimization.
Capability & Practice Development
Build and mentor PLM architects, leads, and delivery managers.
Develop PLM competency, accelerators, and reusable frameworks.
Drive capability building and strategic hiring for PLM practice growth

Professional & Technical Skills:

Deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter architecture and implementation.
Strong experience in PLM strategy, digital thread, and product lifecycle processes.
Proven track record of leading large global PLM transformation programs.
Experience integrating PLM with CAD, ERP (SAP), MES, ALM, and IoT platforms.
Expertise in PLM data migration, system upgrades, and platform modernization.
Strong understanding of engineering processes across industries (Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Equipment, etc.).
Experience with cloud and hybrid PLM deployments.
Leadership & Business Skills: Executive stakeholder management, Strategic planning and delivery governance, Pre-sales and solution consulting, Building and scaling PLM delivery teams and Financial management of large programs.

Additional Information:

25+ Years of Industry Experience in PLM, Engineering IT, and Large Program Delivery.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering
PLM / Siemens certifications are an added advantage.
15 years full time education
