What would you do? • The Associate Manager – Learning & Development (L&D) is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and execution of learning programs for internal teams and client-facing operations. The role focuses on driving learning initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting talent development strategies, and ensuring smooth delivery of training operations aligned with business goals. The individual works closely with business leaders, HR partners, trainers, and operations teams to identify capability gaps, improve employee performance, and enhance the overall learning experience.
What are we looking for? Required Skills • Strong understanding of learning and development processes and training operations • Good stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong collaboration and team management skillsEducation Equivalent Any Graduate Experience • 9-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR operations, talent development, or training coordination • Experience managing learning operations for global teams or enterprise clients • Exposure to leadership development and capability-building programs • Familiarity with digital learning platforms, virtual training tools, and reporting dashboards • Certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or HR is an added advantage • Experience supporting employee engagement and talent development initiatives Knowledge/Skills Requirements: • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Passion for customer service • Results & detail-oriented • Focus on high data accuracy • Quality driven – in communications and all system transactions. • Ability to deal with customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner and escalate where appropriate • Good written and verbal skills. Strong English language communication skills • MS Office • Regulatory Compliance (Process specific) • CDP • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Manage and support end-to-end learning and development operations for assigned business units, functions or client programs • Coordinate training schedules, learning calendars, onboarding sessions, and development initiatives • Partner with business stakeholders to identify training needs and capability development requirements • Monitor training effectiveness through reports, feedback analysis, and learning metrics • Support implementation of leadership development, upskilling, compliance, and behavioural training programs • Collaborate with trainers, instructional designers, and external vendors for program execution • Ensure learning data accuracy and maintain training records within LMS and reporting tools • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership review • Drive employee engagement initiatives related to learning and career development • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation or optimization initiatives • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and training governance requirements
