Are you a recent graduate who enjoys working with data, Excel, and structured processes? Do you want to understand how large IT projects are managed, measured, and improved in a global company?
If yes, this role is a great first step into the world of IT quality, service management, and reporting and offers strong foundation for careers in IT Service Management, QA, Reporting, or Project Management.
The Delivery Excellence Team supports IT projects across Accenture Danubia by ensuring high quality standards, security compliance, and transparent reporting. We work closely with project teams and leadership, helping them make informed decisions through data, audits, and KPIs.
You don’t need to be an expert on day one — we will teach you. You’ll gradually build hands-on experience with globally recognized frameworks such as ITIL, ISO 20000, and SOC1, while working with colleagues across Central and Eastern Europe.
YOUR MISSION:
Learn the foundations
Understand IT project delivery, quality assurance, and security standards
Learn how global frameworks like ITIL, QA, and Service Management work in practice
Gain exposure to internal audits and compliance processes
Work with data & reporting
Prepare regular QA and KPI reports for management
Analyze data in Excel and help explain trends and variances
Support real IT projects
Help set up new projects according to Accenture standards
Maintain project records in internal tools
Advise project teams on processes and documentation
Collaborate internationally
Communicate with colleagues across Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria
Build confidence working in an international, professional environment
Support financial and performance reporting for IT projects
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
A recent graduate or early-career professional

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Project Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
Curious and analytical

You enjoy working with numbers, data, and structured information

You like understanding how things work and how they can be improved
Comfortable communicating

English: Advanced (C1)

Slovak: Fluent / Native (C2)
Tech‑comfortable

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Willingness to further develop Excel and reporting skills
Detail‑oriented and proactive

You pay attention to details and like delivering accurate work
