Join our team as an IT Support Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in resolving IT incidents, supporting end users, and ensuring smooth delivery of IT services. You’ll handle simple to medium‑complexity issues, coordinate and escalate cases to the right teams, and communicate effectively with users and stakeholders to drive quick, high‑quality solutions.
YOUR MISSION:
• Resolve simple and medium complexity IT incidents efficiently
• Manage, distribute, and escalate incidents to appropriate support groups
• Deliver IT services, user training, and support to client employees
• Communicate effectively with affected users, business groups, stakeholders and technical teams to orchestrate solutions
• Guide Demand Management processes related to software acquisition
• Create, maintain and improve Knowledge articles and Knowledge bases
• Oversee Software Asset Management processes, including license evaluation and compliance
WHO YOU ARE:
• 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist or System Administrator
• Solid understanding of general IT infrastructure
• Basic understanding of the ITIL framework, preferably with hands-on experience
• Communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
• English and German language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1)
Nice to have:
• ITIL Foundations certification
