Job Description

As a group of practitioners, we work very closely with our clients committed to support them in making data-driven decisions that propel their business forward. We focus on developing and delivering leading solutions whilst utilizing our strong connections with the wider European practices and global communities across Accenture. As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented and enthusiastic analysts to join our Strategy & Consulting team and contribute to our mission.

Are you a forward-thinking, analytical, and tech-savvy student who is passionate about strategy and consulting? If so, we invite you to apply for our Junior Analyst position. This internship is designed for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of business consulting. You will work closely with our professionals, helping clients solve complex business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and optimize their technology utilization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Work on one of our consulting client engagements, to help design and deliver large-scale and complex transformation programs.

  • Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and analyze data, conduct market research, and assess processes and client’s way of working.

  • Assist in developing and delivering strategic recommendations, reports and presentations.

  • Bring formal frameworks or company methodologies to identify problems.

  • Suggest more effective and efficient ways of performing business tasks.

Qualifications

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Active student at University (4th or 5th year)

  • Fluent English and Slovak language (spoken and written).

  • Ability to think out of the box and offer unique perspective to the client.

  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and proactive approach.

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

  • Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable.

  • Desire to work in an environment of creative projects focused on solving the business requirements of the client.

  • Independence and reliability.

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 7,50€ per hour depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
