Job Description
We are looking for a Management consultant to join our team and share our passion for business transformation, with a focus on the management consulting.
As a group of practitioners, we work very closely with our clients – as such we have a strong understanding of the challenges they face and the ways in which we can support them. We focus on developing and delivering leading solutions for our clients whilst utilizing our strong connections with the wider CMT European practices and global communities across Accenture.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
•Client-facing interaction including providing analyses
•Building successful and fruitful client relationships with development towards sales opportunities by understanding client’s needs and industry trends
• Leading project team of up to 10 members including team management, coaching and providing regular feedback
• Coordinating multiple stakeholders and project parties in line with standards and agreed methodology
• Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process
Qualifications
WHAT DO WE EXPECT:
• University degree (MSc / MBA related to Telecoms will be considered as a plus)
• Fluent English language (spoken & written)
• ~ 4 years of experience in management consulting or technical consulting position
• Leadership skills and experience in leading teams
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Independent and prompt decision-making within given responsibilities while assessing both internal and external factors. High adaptability, agile thinking and ability to deliver alternate ideas in a short time span.
• Ability to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility, predict potential problems and timely implement preventive measures
• Identification of potential sales opportunities and ability and drive to transform them into further stages
• Knowledge of project methodologies and adherence to them as per project rules
• Excellence in presenting complex ideas and outcomes in a clear and easy-to-understand way including verbal and visual presentation skills
• Flexibility in adoption to changing working environment (hybrid model of working)

Salary:
Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2600€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
