Are you an experienced Scrum Master looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to drive agile delivery across international projects?
Join Accenture and help empower teams to deliver high-quality software solutions through agile collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll work with skilled professionals on projects mainly from German-speaking markets, applying agile principles at scale within dynamic, global environments.
YOUR MISSION
- Establish and maintain Scrum practices and agile frameworks across software development projects.
- Coach and mentor development teams and stakeholders to enhance their understanding and adoption of agile methodologies.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions to maintain focus and productivity.
- Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the team.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and project stakeholders to align priorities and deliver business value.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile software delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and software development life cycles.
- Hands-on experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
- English proficiency (B2–C1); German language skills are an advantage.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to inspire, coach, and guide cross-functional teams toward success.

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2000€ to 3000€ brutto depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
