The Accenture Operations Quality and Risk Management team is at the core of ensuring a pro-active approach to risk management and issue mitigation, enabling sales, execution and client satisfaction by promising what we can deliver and delivering what we promise to our clients and to Accenture. 

Members of our team: 

• Manage streamlined and fit-for-purpose Risk Management and Quality processes

• Are nimble and evolve with the demands of our business and continually improve based on analytics

• Stay abreast of the industry trends and bring deep expertise, innovation and thought leadership to Accenture’s functional areas

• Drive principle-based decision making and often serve as facilitators to ensure collaboration across the vast scope and scale of our global, matrixed organization

• Build a network of business contacts to facilitate early and effective identification and escalation of appropriate problem contracts

• Identify and manage risks and issues for existing contracts in Delivery, as well as risks for new deals coming through the sales cycle

• Drive the Accenture Operations High Risk and Issue (HRI) process for contracts in risk mitigation and recovery and ensure that resulting Estimate at Completion (EAC) changes properly reflect these plans

• Ensure the root causes of contract and delivery issues are well understood and that corrective actions are implemented by the business

• Become a trusted advisor and key contact point for senior leadership

The Accenture Operations Europe & Lat Am Quality and Risk Manager is responsible for ensuring the data housed in the High Risk & Issue (HRI) list is current and comprehensive, so Accenture Leadership has a current, concise and accurate view of the risks/issues found in the organization. The role also includes working with the broader Accenture Operations Quality and Risk team, Accenture Operations Account and Delivery leadership, Operations Commercial Risk Management, Finance, Legal,  Global Quality and the Operating Group (OG)Quality and Risk teams.


WHAT YOU WILL DO 

- Coach Account and Delivery leaders on the Risk Management processes including MLR preparation, EAC reporting and Root Cause Analysis
- Work collaboratively to ensure risks/issues for new deals and contracts are identified and understood, and that these deals are managed on the Accenture Operations HRI
- Ensure Risk Mitigation and Account Recovery discussions are moving forward and have the right OG and Accenture Operations engagement and focus
- Manage the Europe and Latam Risk Management team to ensure timely and accurate updates to senior leadership and corporate reporting systems
- Ensure that company standards are adhered to with respect to the HRI process and reporting
- Work with Risk Management Support, Quality Support and business contacts to identify potential escalations of contracts flagged through the Early Warnings and other processes
- Participate in Accenture Operations Delivery management activities such as Delivery Reviews and Legal Reviews to flag and identify risks
- Coordinate the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process for Accenture Operations Europe & Lat Am
- Prepare and present updates and analysis for Area, Portfolio and OG leadership
- Drive agreed continuous improvement in the Risk Management processes
- Drive and participate in ad hoc projects
- Provide support as needed to the Accenture Operations Europe & Lat Am Quality, Risk and Business Operations Lead
- Provide monthly forecasts resulting from the information and data collected through the HRI process.


Key Responsibilities

WHAT WE EXPECT

- Strong organization skills and ability to both multi-task and work with a geographically dispersed team

- Experience in Accenture Operations Delivery, Account Management or Mobilization

- Understanding of Accenture Operations business model

-  Strong, consistent attention to detail and diligence in follow up as may be required. - Broad understanding of Account and Delivery management

- Collaborative working approach with strong stakeholder management skills 

- Ability to work confidently with Senior Leadership at all levels, within Operations and Ogs

- Critical thinking skills; ability to grasp the business, analyze data, and provide insights correlating to business metrics/factors
