- Architect and implement scalable AI and machine learning models and systems that align with business goals.
- Oversee the integration of AI models into existing systems, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, technologies, and frameworks to meet project requirements.
- Design data pipelines and workflows for efficient data collection, preprocessing, and storage.
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to define AI architecture strategies.
- Optimize AI models and systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure AI systems comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of AI architecture, design decisions, and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies, and apply innovative solutions to business problems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on AI architecture best practices.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on AI strategy and implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their AI initiatives.
- Tailor AI solutions to meet specific client requirements and industry standards.
- Support business development activities by identifying opportunities for AI projects and contributing to proposal development.
For All Levels
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Kubeflow).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in a consulting role, engaging with clients to deliver AI solutions.
- Candidates with exceptional experience will be considered irrespective of years of experience.
Consultant Level
- Min. 4 years of experience in AI architecture or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI models and systems.
- Experience with data integration and model deployment.
- Proficiency in creating and managing data pipelines.
- Experience in client-facing roles, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Manager/Associate Manager Level
- Min. 6/8 years of experience in AI architecture or related roles.
- Proven experience in leading and managing AI projects and teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating and selecting AI technologies and frameworks.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive project alignment.
- Experience in developing client relationships and providing strategic AI consulting.
Senior Manager Level
- Min. 10 years of experience in AI architecture or related roles.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale AI systems.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing large AI teams and complex projects.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align AI architecture with business goals.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and apply cutting-edge AI technologies to solve business problems.
- Significant experience in consulting, with a track record of delivering successful AI projects and building long-term client relationships.
