Key Competencies:
o Strong Understanding of SCM Processes: Possess a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management processes and the ability to articulate process details ranging from L1 to L4/SOP levels.
o Client Engagement and Solution Definition: Engage proactively with clients to understand their requirements, scope projects, and define innovative solutions. Clearly communicate business benefits, use cases, and develop roadmaps to meet client goals.
o SCM Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end SCM implementation projects, assuming the role of a solution architect to ensure a cohesive solution that meets and exceeds client requirements.
o RFx Completion Support: Provide valuable support in completing RFx processes, contributing to the preparation and submission of customer proposals.
o Project Timelines and Financial Impact: Act as the custodian of project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and managing potential financial impacts. Implement efficient project management practices to optimize resource utilization.
o Stakeholder Management and Project Governance: Manage key client stakeholders, establishing strong relationships and understanding their expectations. Play a pivotal role in project governance cadence to maintain alignment with client expectations.
