Role: SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Lead (Manager)
Job Description:
1. Key leadership role in a multi-million dollar, multi country implementation of SAP HR SuccessFactors in a bank
2. Planning & driving / orchestration of Technology cutover for the current Release
3. Plan & Drive Dress Rehearsal and Cutover exercises (scope, timeline, dependencies, entry – exit criteria, resource allocation)
4. Liaise with configuration team and ensuring that the environments for Dress Rehearsal and Cutover environments have the latest and correct configurations
5. Liaise with Data Governance, HR Governance and Infra Team to ensure Production Data request is approved prior to Dress Rehearsals and Cutover
6. Liaise with Business teams to ensure handshake between Tech and Business from a cutover perspective
7. Liaise with Integration Teams to ensure that all peripheral applications upstream / downstream are ready for Dress Rehearsals and Cutover
Qualifications
Candidate Description:
1. Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP HR
2. Level : Equivalent to SM / AD
3. Has handled large SAP SuccessFactors technology cutover end to end
4. Preferably SuccessFactors Employee Central certified
5. Planning of Mock Data Conversion exercises (timeline, resource allocation)
6. Immediate and has to be in country (Singapore) already (4 weeks)
