Job Description
You will be joining our team as an Account Delivery Management professional, responsible for providing expert guidance and support. With your deep knowledge and experience in this field, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact. Engaging with multiple teams, you will be responsible for making team decisions and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Your advisory skills will be crucial in guiding our business area towards success. As a Delivery Lead, your responsibilities include:
Manage the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and measuring and communicating progress to leadership within committed time frames.
Have influencing and advisory skills, engage with multiple teams, and be responsible for team decisions.
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, as well as solutions to business area problems.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and cost
Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk Measure and communicate progress to leadership within committed time frame
Proactively support sales through innovative solutions Lead and inspire delivery teams to achieve project success
Translate customer needs into business solutions
Design new business processes based on customer requirements
Implement new business processes through user sessions and stakeholder management
Support changes through change enablement efforts
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Over 15 years of experience on Oracle ERP Soultions
Has 8-10 years of hands on experience working with Oracle Financial Modules (E-Business Suite Financials) preferred
Relevant certifications in Oracle EBS Financial Modules
Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Financial Modules - GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, FAH
Proficiency in configuring, implementing, customizing Oracle Financial Applications to meet business requirements
Advanced proficiency in Business Operation Management, Estimation and Planning, Account Delivery Management and Work Management
