Oracle Delivery Lead (Manager - Senior Manager)

• Manage the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.

• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and measuring and communicating progress to leadership within committed time frames.

• Have influencing and advisory skills, engage with multiple teams, and be responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, as well as solutions to business area problems.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and cost

• Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk Measure and communicate progress to leadership within committed time frame

• Proactively support sales through innovative solutions Lead and inspire delivery teams to achieve project success

• Translate customer needs into business solutions
