Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and system integration testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design test strategies.
- Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project managers and stakeholders.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow applications.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
