Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, and system integration testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design test strategies.
  • Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow applications.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
