Your Role and Experience:
As a Manager in the Banking practice, you will be:
- Delivering valuable insights and designing and implementing business change with a focus on people, process and technology.
- Help clients navigate major change events such as a merger/acquisition, adjustment of business models to changing client expectations and markets, or large-scale business and technology transformation
- Using design led thinking to enhance client customer experience.
- Optimizing client processes using Data Analytics and AI
Qualifications
- Overall 10-15 years of working experience in financial services consulting or change/project/internal consulting functions in financial services firms.
- At least 4 years of experience in Credit & Lending processes and products in both Retail and Wholesale Banking space
- Experience in driving proposals and business development activities end to end, bringing all stakeholders together
- An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.
- Experience in delivering large multiyear transformational programs.
- Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills. Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams
- Experience in working with ecosystem vendors in the Credit & Lending space.
- Experience working through organizational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation, including evidence of solution design.
- Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
- An awareness of key methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the industry.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, able to prioritize and also able to inspire and motivate others.
