Job Description

Job Description:

  • Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

  • Author the Technical Design Specification.

  • Contribute to key deployment documentation.

  • Develop custom configuration code without modify standard platform/ base product (if any)

  • Develop and document regression, as well as use case and unit testing scenarios.

  • Define and monitor compliance with code check-in, backup / recovery, and versioning processes.

  • Participate in testing and validation of the integration.

  • Contribute to knowledge transfer process

  • Manage Envisioning client workshops, User Research (planning, execution and reporting), Personas / Scenarios / Journey Maps, Interaction Flows & Sitemaps, Storyboarding, Wireframes, Prototypes, Usability Testing.

  • The Developer shall be responsible for the development of the System or enhancements through configurations and if required, through Apex or Visualforce, including the technical analysis and design and configuration for system integrations and customizations.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.)

  • Holds Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201), or Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification (CRT-402).

  • Has at least 3-7 years of experience as a Software Developer in designing Salesforce implementation solutions and come up with effective project execution techniques.

  • Possess strong knowledge of Visualforce and Salesforce development with experience in coding using APEX.

  • Possess knowledge of Java and various other programming languages.

  • Has experience in test and deployment of Salesforce implementations.

  • Good communication skills (written and oral).

  • Competency in omniscript/ omnistudio/ public sector solution will be an added advantage

  • Posses the following certifications will be of added advantage:

    a. Salesforce Platform App Builder

    b. Salesforce Javascript Developer I

    c. Salesforce Platform Developer I

    d. Salesforce Platform Developer II
