Accenture is seeking the Alliance APAC Regional Lead where the role’s responsibility is to sell and deliver Accenture services along with Alliance partners´ products and services
The Alliance APAC Lead is driven by sales, passionate about technology and business strategy to lead the GTM plan across the region. The position requires commercial strategic thinking, and leadership skills as the role calls upon to identify opportunities and drive top initiative. He/she has the capability to develop client relationships with the strategic view of developing transformational projects. Acute problem solver, the Alliance APAC Lead is at the interception of Accenture, Partners and clients.
The Alliance APAC Lead is responsible for managing some of Accenture key relationships and is the primary point of contact for both our internal and external stakeholders. Internal partner to Accenture Account Executives, the Alliance GTM lead is the key liaison across the APAC region, Accenture global capability teams, Accenture central Alliance team and Alliance partners. 
  • Accountable for the Alliance financial performance in the region
  • Drive Alliance APAC yearly account plan
  • Along with the Client Account Executives, develop strategic and tactical opportunities leveraging the Alliance solutions portfolio and the innovation capabilities offered within the Alliance
  • Manage the development of opportunities from initial client engagement, contract closure, and until the delivery of the engagement
  • Represent the Alliance offering in external meetings with executives, both internally and externally
  • Develop solid and positive direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively delivering client proposals, resolving business matters, and serving as an advocate of the Alliance within Accenture
  • Work cross-functionally with account leads, capability leads, finance, contract management, marketing, and all adequate functions to develop and close an opportunity
  • Engage APAC Value Architects in gaining Alliance expertise and develop the Alliance footprint across the region
  • Experienced working with Alliance partners or Channel Partners
  • Proven Sales experience and track records in leading teams with no direct reporting lines
  • Hunger for challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills – with the ability to develop working    relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Accenture
  • Organizational and analytical skills
