Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and department’s products key performance requirements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of order entry, incident management and knowledge management tools, client information systems, and service desk procedures
  • Interpret evidence from multiple tools and systems to determine legitimacy of customer behavior across multiple products
  • Develop best practices and provide new solutions for daily tasks
  • Focus on quality check and report the findings to internal client as appropriate
  • Maintain records, prepare filings and prepare reporting information and metrics to be presented to management
  • Work with the team on gray area cases and develop best review practices
  • Demonstrate understanding of the client’s business needs or market and maintains high satisfaction ratings
  • Perform incident notification and escalation to ensure problems requests issues are communicated
  • Perform Quality Audits and share the feedback with the team or client as appropriate
  • Build up other analysts’ skills and knowledge
  • Assist Team lead or act as backup to Team lead on various tasks when needed
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Ideally minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience in a professional work environment with relevance 1 year Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to multitask across several computer systems
  • IT Savvy, independent to work on Excel related reports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work with different stakeholders
