How I put change in motion

I am currently working as a Robotic Process Automation Developer, part of the Microsoft Platform. With a degree in Robotics Engineering, I have a keen interest in the development of new technologies involving Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things. The projects I've been working on in Accenture gave me the chance to constantly learn new things and work with new technologies, and by doing so, I even managed to get certified in some of them.
Even more, the Accenture environment is friendly - it's here where I met a lot of amazing persons. With the right people around, working means having fun every day.
One of the things about Accenture that makes me feel great is that we can get involved in other activities as well– it’s here where I found the opportunity to be a mentor in technical workshops and hackathons, to teach children about algorithms, or even to take a break from the city and plant trees in the countryside.

A day in my life

I might start my day with some unexpected good news, or I might do it by helping out a colleague with an unexpected task – either way, days in Accenture are very dynamic, and I would not have it any other way.

Outside of working hours, I enjoy spending time with my friends or catching up on my favorite TV shows.

My advice

Never stop learning – even if it’s not about the topics you focus on. The more you know, the more you grow.
Fight your fears: we are all afraid of something, and this can be seen even in our work. From being afraid of more responsibility or being afraid to speak for yourself when needed, we should all try to trust ourselves more.
Get out of your comfort zone from time to time – I know it’s hard, but amazing things really do happen once you embrace the new. So, take that step!
