Collections Officer with German
Job location: Bucharest, onsite for the first 3–4 months, followed by a hybrid working model. Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
Role summary:
Support Accounts Receivable and Collections activities by managing customer accounts, monitoring payments, and resolving queries. The role also involves inbound and outbound voice support.
Your mission:
- Manage customer relationships and monitor payment timelines.
- Reconcile customer accounts and track outstanding balances.
- Investigate and resolve queries to support timely payments.
- Perform inbound and outbound calls, provide information, and resolve customer or stakeholder issues.
- Use financial tools to complete Accounts Receivable and Collections activities.
Required Qualifications:
- German & English – B2 level.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Some roles may require minimum 1 year of professional experience.
- Ability to process high volumes of data accurately.
- Numerical and analytical skills.
- Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Finance.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Ability to assist others and explain concepts clearly.
