Being part of our team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, on a hybrid schedule, with one day per week working from our office in Bucharest.
Role summary:
The role involves providing HR support services to our client's employees, handling inquiries through incoming phone calls and managing cases submitted via the ticketing system.
Your mission:
- Escalate incidents and communicate issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Maintain knowledge of customer environments, service level agreements, and support processes.
- Continuously develop product, industry, and service desk knowledge to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- French & English - B2 level.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR is an advantage.
- Ability to identify and resolve customer requests using defined procedures.
- Knowledge of incident management and customer support tools.
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
