By joining our team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, in a hybrid way from our office location in Bucharest, Brasov or Iasi.
Collections Officer:
- Manage customers’ expectations;
- Reconcile client’s accounts;
- Initiate collection activities via mail/ phone and manage the customer portfolio (within the agreed credit terms and credit limits);
- Provide information of credit worthiness to customer service when required;
- Input notes on payment agreements, do daily follow-ups and reinstate accounts when payment is received.
Record to Report:
- Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation;
- Audit own data entry for accuracy and applying the necessary corrections. Can audit the inputs/actions of team members, providing operational feedback;
- Conduct data verification to ensure the required result;
Skills that make your work successful:
- Good communication, written and oral, proficient in French and English ( B2/C1);
- Experience in Finance (Collections, Accounts Receivable) preferred;
- Good use of Excel;
- Problem-solving and analysis skills, well organized and attentive to details;
- Proactive, positive attitude and approach;
- Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team;
- Bachelor's degree is required.
