Being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest, or Brasov.
How you'll make an impact:
- Monitor and maintain employee working time records (attendance, absences, overtime);
- Ensure accurate time tracking in the HR/time management system;
- Review and validate timesheets in line with company policies and legal requirements;
- Manage leave requests (vacation, sick leave, unpaid leave, etc.);
- Investigate and resolve time-related discrepancies and errors;
- Handle employee calls related to attendance, leave, and time tracking inquiries;
- Support payroll by providing accurate and timely attendance data.

Skills that make your work successful
Good command of German and English;
Bachelor’s degree required;
Ability to work with HR systems and ticketing tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Zendesk);
Previous experience in HR operations or in the HR field;
Good attention to detail;
High flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
