By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, in a hybrid working model based in Bucharest, Brasov, Cluj, Iasi, or Timisoara
How you will make an impact:
Processing invoices, credit notes into the appropriate systems and within the agreed time;
Address ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner;
Perform additional daily /weekly / monthly tasks as per agreed timelines;
Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and achieve win-win outcomes;
Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.
Skills that make your work successful:
Good command of French and English spoken and written;
Ability to handle high volumes of data entries with high accuracy;
Good numerical and analytical skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office (familiarity with Microsoft Excel);
Ability to help, teach or explain things to others;
Financial or accounting studies would be an advantage – degree in Accounting or Finance.
