We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant for Teamcenter PLM who combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting skills. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Teamcenter solutions while collaborating with clients to ensure their PLM needs are met.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, PLM requirements, and challenges. Provide expert guidance on best practices and effective Teamcenter solutions.
- Custom Development: Design, develop, and implement custom Teamcenter solutions, including workflows, user interfaces, and system integrations.
- API Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Teamcenter and other tools, such as ERP systems, CAD applications, and third-party software.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support to users and ensuring system reliability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, system configurations, and user guides.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users, focusing on best practices and effective utilization of Teamcenter features.
- 5+ years of experience in PLM consulting and software development, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter.
- Proven technical expertise in Teamcenter administration, customization, and development using languages such as Java, C++, or C#.
- Expertise in Active Workspace web client, configuration and customization, Easy Plan.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and best practices, particularly within the context of Teamcenter.
- Optional: experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and data modeling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Optional: Relevant certifications, e.g., Siemens Teamcenter Certification
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, etc.) for front-end development is a plus.
