IT Business Support Analyst

Our future colleague will:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Configure and implement solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their requirements and provide support
- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation
- Participate in implementations and upgrade projects
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including end-users and technical teams
- Data Extract / Reporting Analysis: Perform data extraction and analysis to generate insightful reports that support decision-making processes.
- Requirement Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure they align with project goals and client needs.
- Requirement Transfer to Development Team: Effectively communicate and transfer requirements to the development team to ensure accurate implementation.
- Meeting Organization: Organize and facilitate meetings with other suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration and project progress.
- Business Process Knowledge: Utilize understanding of processes to provide valuable insights and support to the client.
Working schedule: Monday - Friday (10:00 - 19:00)
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience in requirements gathering and project management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and requirement gathering skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with development teams and other suppliers.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
