By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from our Bucharest office.
How you’ll make an impact
Deliver accurate financial forecasts in line with the IBPM calendar, ensuring they are usable within the S&OP cycle;
Ensure forecasted and budgeted financials, including Brand P&Ls, are reported accurately;
Prepare monthly management accounts and provide clear cause of change analysis to support business decisions;
Ensure actual financial results are reported accurately and on time, providing relevant insights to senior management;
Support the implementation of global, regional, and local finance projects and initiatives;
Ensure administrative overheads and other income/expenses are accurately recorded and compliant with statutory requirements;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial processes and corporate tasks;
Perform monthly financial reviews (P&L, COS, UPIS), including variance analysis and LRD checks;
Monitor and control Admin Overheads (OVH) and Other Income & Expenses (OIE);
Review both statutory and management P&L, identifying and addressing deviations from budget;
Ensure strong control over accounting processes and contribute to a robust financial control environment.
Skills that make your work successful
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance;
Good knowledge of IFRS;
Fluent in Romanian and English (written and spoken);
Strong financial accounting and analytical skills;
Results-driven, with a proactive approach and willingness to take ownership;
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of SAP;
Experience with SAP BI/BPC for forecasting and reporting is a plus.
