Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

• Acquire a solid understanding of the systems in scope

• Design Develop the necessary elements used for End User enablement like Training documentation User manuals, case studies, exercises , job aids release notes

• Assist other Training Consultants and or design digital learning nuggets

• Maintain refine existing written materials

• Support digital learning offers

• Design maintain the Training Connect pages for knowledge sharing communication

• Work with the Business readiness and project team to ensure training impact and requirements are fully understood and managed within project plan

• Deliver trainings to the business in a customer oriented way and according to the AGCS methods and standards

• Contribute to constantly improve training methods and standards as well as process and organizational development

• Keep training material, guides, etc. up to date

• Design new artifacts

• Prepare slides and documents as needed for presentations meetings SteerCos

• Work closely together with relevant colleagues Change Managers, Training Consultants, Business Process Analysts, Project Manager etc to always be up to date and keep up with the topics

• Create and update Connect pages for Knowledge Sharing
